Week 6 — Art Activity — Intermedia

The idea that I chose to do this project upon is undervalued things that people use every day. My three media choices were picture, sketching, and painting. I ended up choosing photo because it would more accurately capture what I was trying to portray. If I had chosen one of the other medias, it would not have been the same message due to my lack of artistic abilities.

I think I did an okay job. When it comes to art, I feel like I don’t have a good eye for it, so it’s hard for me to come up with ideas and I can’t execute it the way that I want. I feel that this pic conveys an everyday object that most, if not all, people are using in this day and age.
